New partner for TWG 2017

The Wroclaw company Kriosystem Life Sp. z o.o. has joined the group of partners for The World Games 2017. During the Games, the company will make available a Mobile Cryochamber for Cryotherapy treatments and Kriosan equipment for localised treatment, for use by the participants.

“Our key customer is the World of Sport. Participation in such an extremely important event as The World Games 2017 is of great significance to us. It will allow the sportsmen and women to enjoy the benefits of using cryotherapy devices for Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) treatments and also localised ones in this ‘Cryogenic City’,” said Mariusz Morski, President of Kriosystem Life Sp. z o.o.

A mobile Cryochamber will be located at TWG 2017 Event Centre, and Kriosan equipment for localised treatment in the Novotel Hotel.

“This new partner means that we can give the athletes a whole new quality of service, specially provided for The World Games. TWG 2017 includes around 3,500 athletes from over 110 countries. It is up to us what impression of Wroclaw they will leave with. We expect that having these additional services, which are not common at such popular events, will mean that these impressions will be the best,” said Marcin Przychodny, President of the Wroclaw Organizing Committee.

Kriosystem Life Sp. z o.o. is a leading manufacturer of cryogenic devices that are used to perform Whole Body Cryotherapy treatments and local ones. Cryotherapy is a method of treatment for pain that uses localised freezing temperatures to deaden an irritated nerve. WBC is exposure in a Cryochamber to extremely dry cold air (-100°C) for 2-4 minutes. It is used to treat delayed onset muscle soreness and to stimulate the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The cold temperatures are produced by evaporating liquid Nitrogen.
