Blum Group Offers Worldwide UIM F1 Powerboat Rights
The UIM F1 Powerboat 200l World Championships begin on February 25, 2001 in the Tebrau Straits of Malaysia at the foot of the Malaysian Peninsula, then continues April 8 to Portimao, Portugal, May 20 in Dunaujvaros, Hungary, June 3 in Riga, Latvia, June 17 in Campione, Italy, July 1 in Caliari, Italy, August 5 In Stralsund, Germany, August 19 in Moscow, Russia, September 9 in Austria, October 19 in Sharjah, UAE, October 26 in Abu Dhabi, UAE and December in Brazil.
The Blum Group, in association with Franklin Ltd, is handling worldwide television licensing.
Each 90 minute event is broadcast live by satellite as is a 26 minute highlight compilation program of each of these Grand Prix events, transmitted live the evening of the event. Licensee only bears cost of the downlink.
This premier series, the ultimate in powerboating, has grown in fascination and popularity. This year F1 Powerboat offers more promotion for each race, utilises new technologies to enhance the viewers experience and enable them to feel the power and speed of driving a boat 225 mph. and provides more close up and personal with the drivers on shore and in the boat.
