Turkish Olympic Committee appoints Burson-Marsteller Sport to advise on governance and strategy development
The Turkish Olympic Committee has appointed BursonMarsteller Sport to assist in outlining its organisational strategy moving forward. The project is part of the Turkish Olympic Committee’s commitment to be a world-class service delivery organisation for Turkish sport federations, athletes and youth.
As part of the strategic initiative, new governance standards in different areas will be developed to act as examples and catalysts for improving sport in Turkey. Input will be gathered from a wide range of stakeholders, who will be consulted at various stages during the project. Prof. Ugur Erdener, President of the Turkish Olympic Committee said: “With our new initiative, we aim to become an even more important reference center and source of assistance for Turkish sport. We look forward to working again with our long - standing partner Burson - Marsteller Sport and building on their expertise in strategy and good governance.”
