Smart Cities & Sports teams up with TAFISA
Smart Cities & Sport is delighted to announce that this year's edition of the Summit features a unique partnership with TAFISA, the leading international Sport for All organisation.
As a result, Smart Cities & Sport Summit and TAFISA developed a joint programme on November 14th, 2019. It aims at discussing the issues linked to physical inactivity and finding solutions to these various challenges, including how best to develop long-term partnerships between the different actors of the Sport for All movement to guarantee its success in the future.
This year also breaks all records in terms of participants as 500+ TAFISA members coming from 100+ countries are expected to attend this Joint Event during the Summit 2019!
This is a great chance for cities to connect to a larger and more diversified network including representatives from national and international sports federations, national Olympic committees, ministries of health, culture, education and sport, Sport for All organisations, cities, municipalities and educational institutions. It is also a great opportunity to discover the best solutions to keep the population moving and raise awareness about the benefits of physical activity.
Today a press conference was held in Tokyo together with TAFISA to announce the joint event between TAFISA and Smart Cities & Sport Summit.
