SINERGI Appointed as the World Archery Education Partner
Lausanne, Switzerland – December, 6th 2011 – SINERGI Sports Consulting announced today that it has been contracted to be the World Archery Education Partner in order to help empower National Associations and strengthen their network by allowing them to share their experiences between them.
The official announcement follows the 1st World Archery Management Seminar held on November 18-20, 2011 in Lausanne, Switzerland bringing together over 50 participants from more than 30 countries. The seminar revolved around 4 main themes: General Management, Marketing & Business Development, Communication & PR, and Development & High Performance. World Archery Member Associations needed to be pro-active in developing new skills as well as to be receptive to new ideas and methods which are necessary in the continuously evolving world of archery.
SINERGI’s role is to deliver turnkey seminars to WA in order to help the National Associations share their successes and express their issues. We tailor seminars using our own methodology and act as a catalyst. We strongly believe that the knowledge is already available within the Archery community. We just need to help it come out. The use of SINERGI’s network is also a key factor allowing other federations to chip in and share their own successful experiences that could be transferred to the sport of archery. The use of technology (cameras, high end software) is also something we believe in especially for post-seminar analysis, reporting and to pursue our constant drive to improve.
