4th World University Rugby 7s Championship Ready to Kick-Off in Porto

The 4th edition of the FISU World University Rugby 7s Championship will be officially declared open on July 21st in Porto, Portugal.

14 men’s teams and 10 women’s team will play for the golden glory until July 24th.

Participating Countries:

MEN
Portugal, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Norway, Russia, Lebanon, Morocco, Canada, Poland, Japan, Belgium, Hungary and Chinese Taipei

WOMEN
Portugal, Spain, Italy, Great Britain, Norway, Guam, Brazil, Canada, Ukraine and Russia

For the very first time Guam will participate in a FISU WUC.

The event can be followed at the OC website http://www.rugby2010.up.pt/ and at www.fisu.net.
