Over the past four years, the cumulative attendance for races of the FIM MotoGP World Championship, the pinnacle series for motor cycle racing, has increased by 4.37 per cent. The 2014 championship set a record cumulative attendance of 2,473,624, up almost 40,000 from the previous year.
