The week starting on Monday 23rd January 2006 marks 200 days since the official announcement  of the successful London 2012 Olympic Bid.

Indianapolis – USA Gymnastics is announcing that the bid process for the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team Trials will be re-opened, effective Monday, March 24. The 2004 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, previously awarded to the FleetCenter in Boston, are being relocated due to the city being awarded the 2004 Democratic National Convention (DNC).

Six countries have already bid for organisation of the 2003 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships; the countries include Spain, France, Japan, Germany, Hungary and Russia.
