The FIA WRC Academy was officially launched yesterday afternoon ahead<BR>of the opening Super Special Stage in Lisbon at the inaugural round of the<BR>brand new WRC feeder series. A panel of WRC Academy Principal, Marc<BR>de Jong, former WRC runner up and newly appointed FIA WRC Manager<BR>Michèle Mouton, Ford Abu Dhabi World Rally Team Manager Malcolm<BR>Wilson and Pirelli’s Matteo Braga gave the audience an insight into the<BR>inspiration behind the WRC Academy.

Jordan Grand Prix has signed an agreement with RAND Worldwide, a leading provider of technology and services to the engineering community, which will see RAND provide Jordan with Computer-Aided-Design and Manufacture (CAD/CAM) technologies, as well as product lifecycle management (PLM) software solutions, including data management tools and services which will be used to design and manufacture Jordan’s Formula One cars.
